Shade Match Consultation Details
What is a Complexion Consultation?
Complexion Consults are scheduled appointments for customers to receive one-on-one custom product recommendations from a Mented Specialist free of charge. This is a special service created just for you! Your meeting can be as simple as a foundation match, or can even lead to a full-face consultation that includes a range of Mented products.
During the consultation, the experts may talk to you about ways to determine your undertone such as the color of your veins, how jewelry looks on you, or even how you tan.
Our shade match consultation is a completely customizable and customer-led process! The whole consultation typically takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes with one of our Happiness Representatives.
