This month at Mented has been one of growth, sisterhood and teamwork. As we ring in our 4 Year Anniversary, we wanted to take time to acknowledge other Black women-led businesses that are also creating their own lanes in various industries from beauty and lifestyle, to tech, fashion, activism, and beyond!

Through our four episode Instagram Live series and Zoom panels, Mented Cosmetics has discussed various actionable steps that Black women can implement in their own lives as well as in the workplace to keep moving onward and upward in their career. By creating your seat at the table, using your power for good and finding your tribe, women of color can actively participate in the strengthening of our community. We are so blessed and thankful to have such amazing women take part in this journey with us and we look forward to seeing how much our tribe can accomplish this year!
